There are TWO clusters of Motels.The Comfort Inn is in the North group while the Quality Inn is in the South group.The AARP On-line (Cancelable) rate is $81 for Comfort Inn and $71 for Quality Inn (for a 7/31/18 booking).
Both Comfort Inn and Quality Inn are owned by the same company Choice Hotels and have comparable ABOVE AVERAGE reviews. I am unable to see any difference. Both these motels have lower rates, but they are the “Pay Now” non-cancel rates. When you book On-Line with Choice Hotels you are booking with hotel owner and not with an aggregator such as Expedia.
